CTS is in Utah!

Hello, Utah

CTS is thrilled to announce that our managed IT services are expanding into the Salt Lake City, Utah region!  As of this month we are offering full remote and onsite services to medium to small offices in the Salt Lake area. 

A Statement from Our CEO, Tyler Carlson

“I feel excited [about our expansion]. I also feel confident in the way that we serve our clients and that our holistic IT client service model will be well received in Utah. We have a lot of great feedback here in the Northwest and we’re excited to extend that into other areas.

Personally I come from Utah, so it’s really exciting for me to be able to go back and see my friends and family and visit with them. At the same time I have worked here many years ago owning and operating an IT service company for a lot of offices throughout the Wasatch front. ”

Meet Our New Technicians

Two skilled technicians with ample experience have joined our team to serve our clients in Utah. We are excited to introduce you to James Knight and Brady Bai.

James Knight

Also known as Jim, Jimmy and Jimbo, James was born in Ogden, raised in Idaho, and lived in cities surrounding Ogden over the last 25 years. He has earned several certifications in Dental X-ray along with an A+ certification. 

When asked what he does all day, Jim said, “While computers are my passion, solving problems for clients is my greatest gratification! Many times when I arrive at an office and things are going haywire, frustrations are understandably high. I feel great satisfaction as I see the problems resolved and the relief and happiness I'm able to give to the people I'm helping. I may be a computer geek, but I also love to meet people and make friends.” 

In his free time Jim loves spending time in the outdoors with loved ones. Five words of advice that Jim has for others in his profession are, “Patience, stay calm, be kind.”

Brady Bai

Hailing from Utah, Brady is an experienced IT specialist with 15 years of experience in Dental IT. The thing Brady loves the most about working for CTS is the satisfaction he feels from helping others. He truly enjoys the work he does, and his interactions with our clients. When we asked him what he is inspired by, Brady said that his greatest inspiration is making a difference for others. 

Brady loves Summer. He is very family oriented and enjoys spending time with his family outdoors. His favorite outdoor activities are hiking, mountain biking, and just being outside. When he’s not outside, his favorite game of all time is StarCraft.
